A team where the adults learn something every day too
We are a group of enthusiastic, well-educated people who want to pass on our hearts, kindness, life wisdom and Montessori education to children. In every class there is a professionally trained teacher with Montessori training, an English speaking teacher and an assistant. The afternoons are looked after by the after-school club leaders.
The positions we fill most often:
- Montessori guide in the kindergarten or primary school
- Teaching assistant
- English speaking teacher
- After-school club leader
- Afternoon club instructor
- School operations – kitchen, cleaning, facilities management
Montessori training is not a requirement – an interest in it is. We support guides who don't yet have it in their studies, and together we keep learning at seminars, workshops and placements abroad.

A prepared environment with AMI materials, mixed-age classes and verbal (descriptive) assessment instead of marks.
A Czech–English team
There is an English speaking colleague in every class. Colleagues have joined us from Ukraine, Japan and the United Kingdom.
Outdoors every day
The school stands on a hill by the forest, 3 km from the centre of Most. We are in the forest or the garden with the children every day.
Learning together
Seminars, workshops and placements – including job shadowing with colleagues abroad under the Erasmus+ programme.
