The start of the school year at AMA SCHOOL also includes a joint meeting of parents and teachers. Every year, we organise a barbecue where we have the opportunity to chat, get to know each other better and enjoy time together in an informal atmosphere. This September, our traditional get-together took on an adventurous form – it transformed into AMA SURVIVOR 2026!
Alongside good food and socialising, parents and teachers faced a series of challenges inspired by the Survivor competition. For one evening, they became castaways who had to use speed, dexterity, strength and strategic thinking. Collaboration and a willingness to try something new also played an important role.
Enthusiastic cheering, exciting duels and a desire to win were all present. But above all, we all had a good laugh together. It was the willingness to accept the challenge, support others and enjoy the competition with a sense of perspective that created the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere of the evening.
Similar gatherings have a firm place in the life of our school. We are pleased that parents and teachers can meet outside of their daily school commitments. Playing games together or chatting by the barbecue creates space to get to know each other from a different perspective, build closer relationships and strengthen mutual trust. This is how the AMA SCHOOL community is formed, where we want to feel good and support each other.
Thank you to everyone who came, accepted our challenges and went all out. Thanks to you, the September barbecue was full of energy, laughter and shared experiences. AMA SURVIVOR 2026 was a real success!
