Eliška Fraňková

I was born into a family where both my father and my mother taught at primary schools. Even as a little girl I went on trips with them and watched what a wonderful relationship they had with the children in their care.

At primary school I got involved in various events and projects for younger children, mostly sports, and even then I told myself I would like to do this in the future.

So I applied to the Secondary School of Education in Most, which gave me plenty of placements and visits to schools and out-of-school institutions, as well as a place where I could combine sport and children. Alongside my studies I earned extra money babysitting and as an external member of staff at the Leisure Centre, where I ran a sports club. One of the visits during secondary school was, of course, to AMA itself, which I had never heard of before, but I loved it at first sight.

After secondary school I went on to the College of Higher Vocational Education in Most, which unfortunately did nothing to develop me, so I decided to put my studies on hold.

In 2022 I was offered a job at AMA SCHOOL as a teaching assistant, where I can develop wonderfully. Working with children fulfils me immensely, and in an environment like AMA SCHOOL's it is priceless.

In future I would like to combine working here with studying, ideally psychology.

My hobbies also include snowboarding, MMA, my dogs and travelling.

So I can safely say that my life so far has been guided above all by children, and I hope it stays that way.
