About me

My name is Šárka Čorejová and at AMA SCHOOL I look after cleanliness, tidiness and making sure the environment is ready. I trained in food production and in my previous job I made delicatessen products. Although I had never worked in a similar setting before joining AMA SCHOOL, I very soon found that I had discovered a place that makes sense to me and where I feel really good.

It matters a great deal to me that the children and teachers come every day to clean, pleasant and carefully prepared spaces. I know how important the environment is in Montessori education, so I try to make sure that all the classrooms are tidy, that the materials and equipment have their place and that the children feel safe and content here. I am happy when I see that my work helps to create an environment in which children learn well, discover the world and spend their time.

I am very fond of children and working close to them is fulfilling. Every day at AMA SCHOOL is different, and I appreciate being part of a school with a friendly atmosphere, where people care not only about education but also about relationships and everyone’s well-being. I see caring for the school environment not just as a job, but also as my calling and an important part of the school’s everyday life.

In my free time I most like to be with my family. I love music, laughter and everything that brings a good mood. I also really enjoy making things and working with different materials – especially resin and plaster. Creating helps me relax and use my imagination, and I take pleasure in every piece I make by hand.
