About me.

Hello! Hi! Добрий день!

I am grateful to be continuing my professional journey and fulfilling my teaching ambitions at AMA School.

I have around seven years of experience teaching English Language and World Literature. I hold two master’s degrees: a Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science and Translation from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, and a Master’s degree in Teaching English Language and Foreign Literature from Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University.

Throughout my professional career, I have continued to develop my skills through a wide range of courses and training programmes. I hold numerous certificates from Cambridge Assessment English, Oxford University Press, Pearson, Macmillan Education and National Geographic Learning. I have also completed the Teaching Tips for Tricky English Grammar course offered by the University of California, Irvine.

In the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to work with the Your Chance project in Prague, cooperating with Czech teachers to support Ukrainian children aged 6–15 who had been forced to leave their home country. Together, we helped them adapt to life in the Czech Republic and to the Czech school system.

At AMA School, my role has gradually expanded beyond English teaching. I now also take part in preparing our students for Cambridge English examinations, helping them develop the language skills, confidence and strategies they need for internationally recognised exams.

I have also been appointed Garden Manager at AMA School. Together with the children, I am gradually creating and developing a productive school garden where we grow, care for and harvest plants throughout the year. I enjoy involving the children in this work and showing them that a garden is not only a place where things grow, but also a space for responsibility, patience, cooperation and learning through real experience.

Outside school, I love travelling, spending time with my children and friends, creating DIY projects, watching films and cooking.
