Marcelka Bendová

My name is Marcela Bendová and I work in the Elementary I class as a teaching assistant and after-school club leader.

I am a mother of several children who fell in love with AMA SCHOOL from the very first moment I enrolled my youngest daughter in the primary school. I am delighted that I too have been able to become part of the AMA team.

My great motivation is helping children overcome obstacles so that they can enjoy learning and enjoy being themselves. I began my journey in the school in the Toddlers class, where I was able to watch even the youngest children take their first steps towards independence and discover the world around them. Over time I threw myself into working with the older children.

Working with children has always fulfilled me, which is why I decided to study at a school of education.

My work is not just a job for me but a calling. I believe that patience, understanding and a smile are the key to children feeling safe and having the courage to try new things. I love their openness, spontaneity and joy in little things, which constantly teaches me to look at the world from a different perspective.
