Míša Hornychová

My name is Michaela and I work as a teaching assistant in the first three-year cycle at AMA School. I really enjoy working with children and being part of their everyday learning and development.

One of my main responsibilities is caring for the classroom environment and helping to keep it organised, welcoming and prepared so that the children can work independently and feel comfortable in their space. I also support children who need additional help during their work, offering guidance and encouragement whenever needed.

At the same time, I work closely with the lead teacher and assist with preparations for lessons, activities and the everyday life of the classroom. I enjoy being a supportive part of the team and contributing wherever I am needed.

Working with children is meaningful to me, and I appreciate the opportunity to accompany them as they gradually become more independent, confident and capable in their everyday work.
