Nikča Nájemníková
Montessori Guide & Play Wisely instructor
Elementary School – Elementary I
My name is Nikola Nájemníková and I am a Montessori guide in the Elementary I class. Ever since childhood I have felt that my path would lead to education. I always dreamt of becoming a teacher, and the chance to pass on the joy of discovery to children was a natural choice for me.
I gained my first experience as a teaching assistant, which opened the way to a deeper understanding of children and their individual needs. That experience inspired me to extend my education and enrol on a master's degree in primary teaching and special education.
Montessori principles are very close to my heart and I honour their values in my personal life too. I see them as a path to independence, responsibility and respect for others. That is why choosing to become part of AMA SCHOOL was clear and natural for me – I feel that here I can offer children an environment where they can grow and develop their potential.
I have also completed the PlayWisely course, which allows me to work as an English-speaking tutor for children aged 0–6. In addition, I have attended a number of other training courses, for example on working with children with special needs in a Montessori environment, art education, digital competences and developing reading literacy.
Working with children fulfils me and at the same time motivates me to keep learning and growing personally. I believe that every day with children brings new opportunities to discover the world together – whether through knowledge, play or the shared joy of little things.
